How to avoid ‘robot speak’

This Brooklyn company (@bigspaceship) hands out this document to new employees, guiding them through the early days of their career with the company. It offers a great insight into the philosophy of an agency, and their views on the people they employ: ‘You are more than your title. Bring yourself (rough edges and all) to work each day, not your “producer” or “designer” costume’. There’s also a great section on avoiding ‘Robot Speak’.
